Spa rules and conditions

To help everyone enjoy the circuit in peace, these are the rules of Spa Aguas de Ronda. Entering the centre means accepting its operating rules.

Opening hours

Price per person, including VAT. Access to all facilities is included.

Circuit (2 hours)	30 €
Circuit with a relaxing 15-minute massage	35 €
Circuit with a full 30-minute massage	45 €

These admission tickets are purchased at reception. To give an experience as a gift, buy a voucher on the spa page.

Pregnancy and medical conditions: before entering, inform reception and your therapist of any pregnancy, coronary condition, abnormal blood pressure or other medical condition.
During pregnancy, use of high-temperature areas (infrared room, heated loungers or very hot-water pool) and extreme temperature contrasts is discouraged. Consult your doctor beforehand. Massages are always adapted: never lying face down, but on your side or in an adapted position.
Saunas and steam bath: may not be used by anyone under 18, pregnant women or people with heart or blood-pressure problems.
The pools are 1.30 m deep. If you cannot swim, inform staff before entering.
Always use the steps and handrails, and walk slowly: the floor may be slippery. Running, diving headfirst and jumping into the water are prohibited.
Inflatables and water toys are not permitted.
Support staff are always available in the hydrothermal circuit to answer any questions.

Children under 6 are not admitted.
Children under 16 may only enter during the children’s session, from 14:00 to 16:00, except for special bookings agreed with the spa.
Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Mobile phone use and taking photos or videos inside the facilities are prohibited, to protect everyone’s privacy and tranquillity.

Booked services must be paid for before use.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time is reduced and remains payable in full, so that other appointments are not affected.
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Without this notice, the charges for the booked treatment will apply.

Lockers are available in the changing rooms. The establishment is not liable for theft or loss of items not properly stored in them.

Please behave respectfully towards other people’s rest and relaxation.
Furniture and equipment belong to the spa. The establishment will require payment for misuse, unjustified damage or removal.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse admission or require departure when capacity is reached, in cases of aggressive or antisocial behaviour, intoxication or substance use, poor hygiene, or possession of weapons or dangerous objects. Removal for these reasons does not waive payment of any charges incurred.
