2. What we sell
This website sells gift vouchers redeemable for hammam, massage, dining and accommodation services at La Casa del Hammam in Ronda (Málaga), as described in each voucher.
The voucher entitles the holder to the service described, subject to prior booking of a date and time. Purchasing a voucher does not itself reserve a date.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The price applicable is the one in force when the order is placed.
4. Purchase process
- Choose your voucher and add it to your basket.
- Enter your billing and contact details.
- Pay by card.
- You will receive your order confirmation and voucher by email as a PDF, ready to print or send.
If the voucher does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email spa@casadelhammam.com and we will resend it.
5. Payment methods
Payment is made by credit or debit card through our bank’s secure payment gateway (Redsys).
You enter your card details directly in the bank’s secure environment. We never access or store your card details.
6. Voucher validity and prices
Vouchers do not expire.
However, once 365 days have passed from the purchase date, the rates in force at the time of redemption apply. The full amount paid for the voucher will be deducted from the updated price, always counting towards payment. If the price has not changed, there will be no additional amount to pay.
7. How to book
To redeem your voucher, book a date and time in advance using either of these methods:

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially at weekends and during peak season, as places are limited.
8. Admission of minors
Children under 6 are not admitted to the hammam.
Children under 16 may only enter during the children’s session, from 14:00 to 16:00, except for special bookings agreed with the spa, and must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Saunas and the steam bath may not be used by anyone under 18.
These restrictions do not apply to accommodation, which has no age restriction.
If you buy a voucher including the hammam for someone under 16, please note that it can only be redeemed during the children’s session. We recommend checking this before purchasing.
9. Cancelling or changing a booking
Once a date is booked, you may cancel or change it free of charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice by telephone or email.
If you do not give the required notice or fail to attend, the booking will be cancelled and the voucher deemed fully used, with no right to rescheduling or a refund.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by emailing spa@casadelhammam.com or by telephone before the deadline.
We will refund the full amount using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your notification.
Exception: under Article 103(l) of that Royal Legislative Decree, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been used, or to leisure and hospitality services booked for a specific date or period. Therefore, if you redeem the voucher and use the service within those 14 days, no refund is available.

11. Who may redeem a gift voucher
If you bought the voucher as a gift, the recipient may redeem it by presenting the document, without you needing to be present.
However, the right of withdrawal in section 10 and any refund belong to the purchaser, as the contracting party.

13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection and Law 34/2002 on information society services.
